Dr. Basile Chartier is a New York–based consultant and adviser with a decade of experience at the crossroads of sustainable development, energy transition, and international economics.
He is the founder of Chart Room and previously led SDG, trade and environmental policy work at the Institute for European Environmental Policy in Brussels.
Alongside academic credentials including a Ph.D. in international economic law (Sorbonne, Max Planck Institute), Basile has built entrepreneurial ventures and contributed to leading NGOs on climate and SDGs.
